Florida Mathematics Content Standards
Access Points for Students with Significant Cognitive Disabilities

ESE Students

The Florida Department of Education is currently conducting a review of the draft access points to the Mathematics Content Standards. These access points have been developed to meet the requirements of No Child Left Behind (NCLB) and will be used in the initial development of the new statewide alternate assessment for students with significant cognitive disabilities.

The content has been separated into surveys by grades for K-8 and by bodies of knowledge for secondary (grades 9-12). The surveys will be available online until April 15, 2007. You may choose the grade levels and bodies of knowledge to which you wish to respond.
