The Florida Alternate Assessment Report from the Accountability and Assessment for Students with Disabilities Project of the Panhandle Area Education Consortium (PAEC) is intended to inform teachers about collecting, preparing, and reporting alternate assessment data used to show students' progress toward mastery of the Sunshine State Standards for Special Diploma. Information is also included for the Alternate Assessment for Special Diploma and the Alternate Assessment for Science.

Florida's Positive Behavioral Support Project: Team Training and Technical Assistance

Supported by the University of South Florida and Florida Department of Education. The website lists information, staff, materials and products, technical assistance, a calendar of events, and links to other Positive Behavioral Support (PBS) sites. The project's mission is to provide consultation, coaching, program development, referrals, and support to school districts in dealing with challenging student behavior. Districts are encouraged to develop networks of community resources.

National Information Center for Children and Youth with Disabilities (NICHCY)
